My name is Chan. I’m a tattoo artist based in Peabody, Massachusetts, and I’ve been tattooing for about 12 years.

I’m Cambodian, and my roots, family, and culture have played a big part in shaping who I am today. Where I come from has influenced the way I see art, storytelling, and the meaning behind the work I create.

My work primarily focuses on black and gray tattooing, with an emphasis on strong composition, contrast, detail, and creating artwork that complements the body.

While black and gray is my specialty, I’m always open to exploring new ideas, styles, and creative concepts. I believe every tattoo should be personal and thoughtfully designed, and I work closely with each client to bring their vision to life while adding my own artistic perspective

My journey has shaped the artist I am today. I’ve experienced life in the streets, spent time in and out of the justice system, and faced moments that could have defined me in the wrong direction. Instead, they became part of the foundation I rebuilt from. Through those experiences, I learned resilience, discipline, accountability, and the importance of creating something meaningful with the life you’re given.

Tattooing became more than a craft. It became my purpose. It gave me a way to turn everything I’ve lived through into something positive, lasting, and meaningful. What once felt like setbacks became lessons, and those lessons continue to influence how I approach my art and the people who trust me with their stories.

Today, I’m a successful tattoo artist dedicated to creating work that feels considered, expressive, and true to each client’s story and style. Every session is guided by clear communication, attention to detail, and respect for the process.

I don’t just tattoo what looks good. I create pieces that carry meaning, represent growth, honor where you’ve been, and remind you of where you’re going.

Your past can shape you without defining you. Your story is still being written, and sometimes the most meaningful art comes from the chapters you thought would break you.
